За час до водопада

tigrenokДо водопада идти час. Это если считать от солнца, но до солнца еще надо дойти. Потом, от солнца до Марса всего 5-6 минут, до Юпитера - 20 минут, а до Сатурна уже 35 оборотов тонкой золотистой стрелки, самой быстрой из трех. Не доходя до Сатурна - развилка, и можно перепроверить свой путь по карте, починить велосипед или просто перекусить, глядя на речку. Или выбрать другой путь. За развилкой асфальтированная дорожка перетекают в грунтовую, и можно уже только повернуть назад: немногочисленные боковые тропки узки, каменисты и извилисты, и предназначены исключительно для бравых любителей пешей ходьбы. Дальше, после развилки, дорожку можно измерять "пятиминутками": 5 минут до Сатурна, еще 5 минут - и вы проходите "чертов поворот", затем следуют утиное озеро со слиянием рек, тропинка, вьющаяся вниз по склону через мост на другую сторону речки.
Дорогу перебегают быстрые белочки с бурундучками, гордясь друг перед другом пушистыми хвостиками, перелетают с одной стороны дорожки на другую, исследуя, где трава зеленее, а нектар - слаще, серебряные стрекозы и огромные радужные бабочки. Задумчивые олени тоже пытаются решить этот важный вопрос, скользя легкой тенью вдоль растущих на склоне кустов и деревьев. Перекликаются на лету разнообразные птицы и кузнечики. Оказывается, кузнечики тоже умеют летать. Наконец по правую руку появляется амфитеатр камней, и это означает - вы почти пришли. Знак, дорога слегка уходит вправо, огибая изумрудную скалу, и вот он - водопад. Хрустальный поток сбегает со скалы, образуя таинственную вуаль, и спешит спрятаться в подземный ход к речке.
А вода в вуали холодная, прозрачная и очень вкусная.

An hour before the waterfall
It's one hour to reach to the waterfall. If you count from the sun, but you need to walk the sun too. Then it takes only 5-6 minutes to get to Mars, 20 minutes to come to Jupiter, and 35 rotations of the finest golden hand, the fastest of the three ones, to reach Saturn. About 10 minut after you pass Jupiter there is a meeting point of several different paths, there you can recheck your way on the map, fix a bicycle, or have your snack, looking at the river. Or choose a different path. After this point the paved path turns into the ground trail, and further you can just turn back: a few side trails are narrow, stony and steep, and they are mostly in used by experienced hikers. In addition, after this meeting point you can measure your way by "five-minutes-to": 5 minutes to Saturn, in another 5 minutes you're going through "a devil turn", 5 more minutes to ducks lake, followed by "five-minutes-to" pathway, crawling down across the bridge to the other side of the river.
Quick squirrels and chipmunks, proud of their fluffy tails, rush across the path, preparing to aproaching winter. Silver dragonflies with huge color butterflies fly from one side of the trail to the other, exploring, where the grass is greener, and nectar is sweeter. Thoughtful deers also try to answer this important question, gliding along in the bushes and trees shadow, different birds and grasshoppers are talking with each other on the fly. It appears, grasshoppers can fly too.
Finally, the stone amphitheater appears on your right, and it means, you have almost arrived. You see a sign, the road goes slightly to the right, skirting the emerald rock, and here it is - the waterfall. Crystal stream runs down from the cliff, forming a mysterious veil, in a hurry to hide in the underground passage to the river.
And the water in the veil is cold, clear and very tasty.
