The Window and Our New Year Tree
Dec. 27th, 2017 09:50 pmThis year as a part of the framework named "changes" or "innovations" we have decorated a window and bought a real Christmas tree with new toys. The existing toys were in enough amount for our small artificial new year tree, but even their population number had been reduced by one Andrey's easy paw motion. Well, you definitely know, how it was in a famous fairy tale: a mouse was running, waving by its tail, a Christmas tree fell down, and some of the toys were partially ... Your baby-tiger is whimpering...
First we decorated our window, as a part of the project "windows of our town." We bought a small garland and several silvery stickers in the shape of small deers, fir-trees and snowflakes. I had remembered the creativity of school years and cut out six larger and more noticeable snowflakes and number 19 - the last remained number we had got for our window. Then I attached everything to the window in the room of the Child (to her great joy), and we turned into full participants of the project of our town.
Then we have bought a Christmas tree - it seemed to be quite small, but really fluffy. It has been told us, that they plant such sort of trees on purpose. First, I didn't want to buy a real tree, but our daughter was too excited meeting all the tree in the town, so we changed our first decision, and the tree came into our house.
Becoming the owner of our own small and fluffy Christmas tree, we discovered a sharp shortage of toys. It should be noted, there are two types of Christmas toys here: very beautiful ones, but very expensive, and cheap ones, but very terrible. I decided to use a Solomon's advice, well, almost his advice, i.e. to buy a couple of expensive (from those toys that were cheaper) and several terrible plastic ones. On the plastic toys our Child (inspired by another entertainment) put some stickers, and then Andrey hung them "down" the tree and on its opposite side, while the best and more beautiful toys went to the more visible and representative branches.

Yes, the tree is slightly ... skewed. A Tiger Cub, of course, is not a great photographer, but this time I'm innocent, the tree has already come of this kind :)
In addition, I almost forgot to mention that this year we visited a Christmas dinner in Cern for the first time. I was already almost ready to take a picture of the globe in a section, but I was dragged out mercilessly. But I could not pass by this frame, and said firmly: "I have to photograph this!"

Because finally, after so many years, I have got the euphemism of one of my former friend "to go to read a little bit to the library". Only for this purpose it was worth to come to this dinner in Cern! :)
P.S. Solomon's advice was used by the Child two evenings ago in relation to a poor innocent soap dish - Your Baby-tiger is whimpering...
