Crow in the Snow (or some other animals)

It was snowing a lot in the our village on Tuesday, and snow continued to fall also during the night. So yesterday morning it was very beautiful outside. If you were watching through the window. Walking outdoors it wasn't so nice, and the same about driving: all paws and wheels were getting stuck in the sticky snow and sliding on the ice beneath it.

One cyclist fell (with her bicycle together) right on the road - for some reason they are not in hurry to clean here either roads or sidewalks. Maybe because yesterday was the Great day of gathering old New-Year-Trees.
Yesterday afternoon the snow began to melt, and then the city's local officials came out of hibernation and cleaned the streets somehow between 12:30 and 3:30 pm. Slightly, of course, i.e. juste un petit peu.

And what is going on about current morning, you can ask? My daughter and me went to school as "a cat in the rain" (as one character of one book about spies would say it).
Well, two cats sous la pluie. Or more precisely, a mother-cat with a kitten sous la parapluie (two of them:). But despite of two umbrellas and suitable clothes and shoes, we both got wet.
However now, when I am sitting in front of the computer, and the Child is gnawing the granite of science, the temperature outside dropped, and new snow is delivering, exactly as it was promised :)

To say honestly, it's not only the weather who went... weird. The other day a fly with a moth suddenly woke up, seeking for some meal. Our city authorities have decided to cancel walks and a day of winter sport in the fresh air in honor of Chinese-you-know-whom, but they returned swimming lessons (indoors).
A German teaching website also does not want to be behind them:

"Marokko ist im Nordwesten von Afrika. Dort spricht man Arabisch."

Well, of course they(he?) do(es:)
But I immediately remembered my former classmate in English class from Rabat, who explained why she used to use French :)

On the other hand, professor Duo with his stories continues to be charming (especially in the French section)
In addition to two our super-nice favorite heroes Lily with Junior (and his dad Eddie :), they returned the beautiful little dog  Fifi :)

Usually every story is a small scene with two or three participants, including animals: it can be approaching a tent bear, or already mentioned famous dog Fifi (whom owner Eduard - a big lover of prize nuts and famous actors - could not leave at home. Please, don't confuse him with Eddie above :)
In addition, until now they always mentioned names to make us sure who say every phrase.


But this time the story was a stream of consciousness. The speaker was bored, sad, and scared from unusual behavior of Her this morning.

They pretty often make allusions to different books and/or movies in their short stories. Thus first I remembered one movie where the poor crazy man was screaming (like clock's cuckoo)  "Evelyn, don't go", without any connection with the fact where his  Evelyn was at that particular moment.
A few minutes latter I was thinking about another character from another book. But no, my second guess was wrong either.
It turned out to be dog Felix , melancholy musing in the absence of his mistress, while she was visiting her dentist ...
